Non-residential half day retreat.
5 hours from 8:30am – 1:30pm. The session includes a 90 minute yoga flow class, a 60 minute yogic lifestyle session (Tuesdays: Postural Alignment, Wednesdays: Cooking Class, Thursdays: Organic Garden Tour or Saturdays: Pranayama), a delicious vegetarian lunch, and use of our retreat facililities including the heated 20 metre magnesium mineral salt pool. Half Day Retreats are available weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.
Massage can be purchased for additional $80.
