Booking Conditions

> Bookings & Payments

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your stay.
  • If payment hasn’t been received by then, we may need to cancel your booking

> Cancellations

  • If you cancel more than 3 days before your arrival, your deposit will be kept but you’re welcome to transfer it to another BYC offering
  • If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds are available for no-shows or early departures.
